New data has shown an increase in applications and university offer-making, as well as searches for apprenticeships continuing to rise.
A UCAS publication (released on 8 July) using the latest undergraduate application data from UCAS following the 30 June deadline shows there are more applicants than in previous years, with a corresponding rise in offers from universities.
